Waterford Rental Update
New rentals are now handled through Troy or online.
Our Waterford Satellite location is no longer able to accept new rentals. Please come see us at our Troy location, or order online for delivery straight to your school.

Submit Your Application
Applications are processed Monday–Friday, 10:00am–5:00pm. Applications submitted after hours will be processed the next business day.

We Process Your Rental
Your rental contract and initial payment will be processed, and one of our staff members will contact you when your instrument is ready.

Pickup or School Delivery
Instruments are generally available for pickup at our Troy location or delivery to your school within 2 business days after your application is processed.
Please wait for confirmation from our staff before coming to the store for pickup.
We'll let you know as soon as your instrument is ready.
3-Payment Minimum
All rentals have a minimum commitment of 3 payments.
