“It’s all in the mind” - George Harrison

I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Studies at Wayne State University. I’ve been playing flute for 10 years and graduated from Berkeley California’s Young Musicians Choral Orchestra (YMCO), where I played principal flute/piccolo for the last six years of the program, as well as found my love for teaching blossoming students! I’ve taken joy in performing at numerous private parties and shows, as well as venues like Yoshi’s in Oakland CA and the Ritz-Carlton. I’ve also had the chance to study with musicians including Elena Pinderhughes, Victoria Hauk, Dave Ellis, among others. Alongside flute, I play guitar and I’m currently learning Sitar. I love sharing my journey and passion for music with other musicians, especially students who are just beginning to explore their own musical voice.
