Elise is passionate about instilling a love and understanding of music in students of all ages. She earned a Doctorate in Voice Performance from the University of Michigan Ann Arbor. She has served as a Professor at University of Wisconsin Platteville, Oakland University, and Albion College. She has taught vocal pedagogy and diction for singers, as well as directing musical and opera scenes.

Elise has performed as a soloist with University of Michigan ensembles, and appeared as Millicent Jordan in their production of "Dinner at Eight" by Bill Bolcom.  She performs regularly in the Detroit Metro area.

Hobbies/Interests

When she's not practicing or preparing for a job, Elise enjoys riding horses, and tending a small hobby farm.
